Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
In order to respect the time of our patients, appointments are made and a specific period of time is reserved for just for you. We make every effort to meet our schedule, and we are proud of the fact that we usually do. The prompt arrival of our patients helps make this possible. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Even though remembering your appointment time is your responsibility, we will try to call you two days before to confirm your appointment. Please make a note on your schedule so you can reserve this time as you make other time commitments.
When it is necessary for you to change an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your reserved time to other waiting patients. Use our answering machine to leave messages of your necessary changes anytime we are not in the office. We check it immediately upon returning to the office, and we will call you back for rescheduling. Your appointment schedule is carefully planned to minimize additional dental problems and expenses. Delays on your part may cause additional dental problems and complications. If your schedule is flexible and you are easy to contact, please inform us so that we can call you if we have a change in our schedule.
