Dr. Herring, I just want to share with you how much I love you and your staff. Most people hate going to the dentist but I actually love it. Your office is such a mission field and your staff does an awesome job of extending patience, encouragement, and kindness to me at all times. From the front desk team led by the incredible MaryAnn to sitting in the chair where I catch up with Jean Anne, it is a positive experience. And the amount of dental work I’ve had done I think I’ve been fortunate to work with just about all the ladies there. Chip Stevens often talks about showing God’s love to people in our place of business and I think your clinic does an exceptional job of this. So a HUGE thanks to you and your outstanding team.

Dr. Herring, the kindness that you and your staff have shown me during the last couple of months has really meant a lot to me.  It always seemed like you had time for me when maybe you really didn’t.  When I was a little down your staff was there to brighten the day.  I will never forget all the care and kindness I received from all of you.  You and your staff are tops with me.

I just wanted to tell you again how pleased and happy I am with the bridge and crown work you did for me.  I haven’t smiled so big in over two years. Just a word of thanks for the excellent customer service I receive each and every visit.  The staff are always jovial, friendly, and genuine.  In addition the wait is always minimal or none at all.
